I am level 7 sivir and legit no one plays sivir anymore, including myself. Really depressing, honestly, because her kit is so interesting, but her strength is just so lack luster. Practically any adc can beat her early game, making sivir's late game power (which is where it all is) unapparent.
she is a bad adc in my opinion, no adc should have a support ultimate (some can argue kalistas is one but it helps her peel) she dosent do nearly as much damage as other popular adc's ex. 
etc. but a well played sivir can definetly do well, I'm personally not that good at her, but I'm trying to improve. :) but for now I guess stick to kali if u like sivir's play style :v
Nah, she just has a weird play style that makes it difficult to play her at times and against certain comps
Yeah she needs buffs. Weak.
