Sorry, the Lunar Wraith skins are Legacy and will go in the vault after the event. They may come out during later Lunar Festivals or other events, but are otherwise currently unavailable in the store and won't get an early sale.

You can still obtain them through Hextech Crafting and Mystery Gifts.
