Playing against a kindred in the jg

So i noticed in my 1st game against kindred (I was WW) when i took a marked jg monster there was some sort of dialogue between the 2. it didn't happen every single time, but just a few questions:

  1. Is this true with every champ? if not who then?
  2. does it indicate how close kindred is to me?
  3. why does it seem that only the scuttle crabs get marked (whats the order of priority)

I'm pretty sure the dialogue has a chance to occur when anyone takes one of their marked camps. It's just a neat little interaction/easter egg. It wouldn't indicated if Kindred is close to you because that would be broken as fuck and a major weakness. As for Scuttle, who knows. Last time I played Kindred, Scuttle was only marked like twice. Luck of the RNG.
