Darius took care of his brother while fighting against the odds. The fact that they're both alive means he did a pretty bang up job. Though Draven did come out of the whole experience with a few ... quirks.
Darius survived on his own and took care of both himself and Draven. It's probably why Darius hates the Noxian upper class, and believes in the Noxian way of life.
Darius is the perfect noxian imo. He's strong, he took care of his brother, he later engaged in politics (by supporting Swain). He has ideals and he will fight for them
They lived, and both lived to be well-known, skilled and powerful fighters. True Noxians.

Well, Draven's a Noxian, and he's not dead, nor irreparably insane, so I'd say yes.. Yeah, he's a total showoff, but at least he didn't become a ball of lard whose pathetic excuse for life is sustained by gum, spit, prayer, and rage against giant suits of armor that may have a Demacian inside it.
I'd imagine that Darius loves his brother like anybody else would, but is constantly driven up the wall with Draven's constant showboating and boast, and would love if he would just shut up for a few seconds and be the proud Noxian warrior he wants him to be.
