The only way to be demoted out of silver,gold,bronze is to lose right?? you cant get demoted from inactivity correct?

ok, what I believe it is is you can decay, but i dont think you can demote tiers from decay. Thats just what ive seen I may be wrong but im like 70% sure im not.
