Does anyone else notice how riot doesn't respond to important matters?

As a league of legends fan I am very disappointed to say that riot is doing very poorly with their way of handling issues.

The major problem is taking content out that lots of people liked and then blaming the same people saying they wanted other things...

In response to this I say wow! They actually responded to an important discussion when usually they just comment on stupid discussions like thresh vs. Lucian( no offense).

I think that everyone who plays the game and especially buys skins has the right to know what is going on up there?!?!

Also this tactic of ignoring problems looks so bad. It's almost like they think " why are they saying these things nothing is wrong... DUHH"

Just one of my opinions on riots ways of handling things, don't destroy the downvotes

If they did listen to "important discussions", they would shoot themselves dead from torture. Not only that, they do view them, but people know what's important and what's not. Not only that, if they did, the game would be so broken that no one would even bother to play it. All boards is full of is complaints and whatever change they make is complained about. Instead of making idiotic discs like those, they should thank riot once in a while. We, as players, have the right to complain, but there's also this thing called gratefulness for making this game anyone can pay without being scammed for consoles. It's like this: treat others the way you want to be treated. If ya act like snobs, then riot has the same choice. One more thing: people say that this is broken and that is that just to complain when they lose. Trust me, the people on boards are spoiled brats. Also, why do you have the right to know? If you buy something at Walmart, does that mean you get to know exactly how they work and boss them around? Also, you said that riot uses the excuse that people ask for something else and the truth is they do. For ex, dynamic queue is loved by much of the playerbase. The ones that are on boards are the spoiled brats that like to complain. Pls get the fuk off of ur high horse and be grateful cause you act like you represent all of the playerbase with your words, but you just are thinkin bout urself.

keep in mind that a lot of rioters have nothing to do with balance QQ and dynamic queue, if a rioter responds to a meme it's because he's a player and game lover in the first place, not somebody that works at riot, he might be on the audio team for example

They've been avoiding almost everything that isn't the 'disables the game' gamebreaking stuff for the past few years. I've pretty much given up on feedback since they refuse to listen, and with it, my interest in playing.
