I've been notified from league saying that this MIGHT be my last warning before permanent closure. Maybe I have to wait 3 months and it resets to 1 week ban, 2 week ban, so on. Please be honest with answers, Thank you. :)
If you're on thin ice, don't try to see how much you can dance. If you want to keep your account then behave as if your grandma is watching over your shoulder. Permanent account closure is an extreme measure, so you must have been fucking up badly; don't test the limits of Riot's forgiveness.
Once you reach perma ban stage it can happen if you don't change your behavior, however if you're behavior continues to improve then yes the level can go down. That said if you went down to chat restrictions only and were incredibly toxic to the extreme Riot can and will go striaght to a perma ban. Don't ever think that just because it's gone down it's ok to be a jerk again..
Riot's done playing nice with stuff like that and now they'll skip steps if they feel you're not going to change or worth the effort so always strive to behave.
Yeah they really ramped it up now also if he's toxic over voice but not in chat that's a big difference as well.
