What ability defines your main?

So i keep on thinking like every champion would have a distinctive ability that would define a champion. (Passive doesnt count) For example Fizz, I would define Fizz by his E Playful/ Trickster. Its just because the community hates this move and when most people ask about fizz this move comes into mind.

What bout you guys?

I think for Nami people focus on her Aqua Prison more than her Ebb & Flow. During laning phase Ebb & Flow definitely has more impact though (unless they are horrible at dodging Q and repeatedly die for it).
