Basically i know alot of people have alot of useless ip sitting arpund and its only use would be buying a new champion so why not help out someone else? I really want some variety and want some new champs so donate champs to me if your generous Wish list

Damn dude you're stupid. Nobody is wasting their IP on you, earn the champions by playing the game like everyone else. Secondly, you can't gift champions with IP, only RP, and nobody is wasting money for you.
Because Riot would run out of money with all the people that have 100k IP+ gifting all their friends the champions they want.
You can't even gift with IP
