My club dissapeared for me but not my friends

So I stopped playing for a little while in August and came back when the new season started. When I joined a game, I noticed that my club tag was gone. I checked after the game and it showed that I was not in any club. I googled it and I read about the thing where people lost club tags and stuff. So I made a new club and reinvited all my friends and stuff. The thing is, they are still in the club and it still says I'm the leader. Their names still have the old club tag that I wanted. When I look at the club members of the new club, it always says they're offline even if they aren't. When they look at the old club, it says I'm offline. How do I fix this? BTW, this is not the account that this happened on. I have to keep my username private for reasons I cannot tell you.
