they need to change teemo so they can make him less cancer. that way things can be nerfed and still have balance

Arm time seems longer and time on shroom is halved i don't mind the passive but the less cancer teemo came and his ult u can actually dodge it, man if they completely changed his poisons like an item that customizes your poison, then that will be considered a rework, just halving shrooms and making them bounce feels like an add on along with the buffed passive Teemo build maximizes on burst, shroom damage and speed, penetration, only thing you need to worry about is not getting hit by any skillshots so use his w and enchanted boots Teemo summoner 4 summoner 14 item 3151 item 3165 item 1310 item 3089 item 3135 item 3115
