New Client is really slow after a game?

The new client is really slow for me after any game I play. Getting into post game lobby takes forever, as well as getting the notification for key frags and champion tokens. I'll be sitting in queue and randomly get the notification that I have received a key frag.

(and yes, I have low spec mode on.)
