I got an honor capsule for reaching level 3 and such. I was pretty hyped. I was like oh boy cool free stuff. Awesome!

I understand they don't want to constantly give away free things but it's a reward for being honorable and not being a toxic member of the community.
Riot would lose too much if they give alny skins and good stuff in capsules. It's not hard to get lvl3 honor. All you have to do not flame, doesn't have to be friendly etc. They are company after all and money is their priority. Game is free, don't cry about stuff you get for free too
Nooo. I dont want to be lvl 3 then. I dont want stupid champion ill never play stuck in my collection forever.
