Captain Position/Spectator on teams

I just figured this might be a good idea for special tournaments and such, to have a sort of sixth position on the team. This position would be similar to spectator, but wouldn't be able to have enemy vision, they would merely be able to see their own team, in live time. I think this would be an interesting proposal, only to be used in tournaments to prevent ghosting/cheating, to help a team stay organized. As a player, it's not always easy to keep an eye on other lanes all the time, so this would allow for a little more strategy when it comes to which lane needs help. It's probably not needed, but I think it's an interesting idea with some potential.
