Please help RIOT to eliminate bot accounts.

Bot programs are getting out of hand. I literally play games where I am the only human player. Looking at player names it is obvious these are being run in large numbers. These accounts are then often sold to people to stupid and/or lazy to level their own account. The people who do this type of Illegal... and yes I mean by law since the sale of accounts is actually a criminal offense... activities for profit are often criminal groups to raise money for criminal purposes, such as terrorism. So by not instituting a system to perform a bot check and then immediately terminating said account, League of Legends is being used by terrorists and criminals to raise finances for the purpose of murdering our families. RIOT please do something about this. You have the technology.... I can not spend money on a game i cant take serious because of crap service and bot accounts. Furthermore there are many new games similar to League but does not tolerate cheaters or permits murderers, rapists, and terrorists, to use the games to finance their activities. I am very serious about this though you make think I am kidding or just stupid, I know about this stuff. So please do something about this soon.

That being said I would like to open a discussion on logical and plausible ways in which RIOT could go about instituting methods to eliminate bot accounts? Despite what I have mentioned, I do like this game and so am taking this measure to help develop a fun environment free of cheaters and criminals. So please help me and RIOT by giving your input and making League of Legends a better place for all of us. Thank you for your support.
