Legacy Vault Opening?

Do you guys think that they will open up the legacy vault this december this year? I saw that they did it for previous years around this time or around august but don't think they have yet this year. I was wondering so I know before I go and try and spend RP on the mystery boxes to get the specific legacy skin I want. I have four or five champs unlocked on this account so I was thinking the chances of getting red riding annie wasn't too dismal. Thanks

Im sure they will, I dont think they did any advance noticed, but i could be wrong. But i would assume they'd do something like they did last year since it kinda like a Black Friday sale with these skins. We wont know till it actually happens, so just keep waiting!
