When updating League, I always seem to see "33%". It just sits there, until it's suddenly 100%. Same with everyone else I know! Always that damn 33%. So, I was thinking there must be "something about that number" -- any 
fans? It would be enjoyably funny if the number was always "46", because according to , "there is something about THAT number". =)
Just a thought.

Anyways I am guessing it is because The update % is based off how many sections of the game LoL has gone through. The section at 33% is very large so it sits there for a long time, everything after that rarely gets updated so it only needs to check to make sure the files are still there. Of course my knowledge on how downloads work is pretty weak so that is just roughly what I am guessing is happening.
