Which should I choose buying between Twitch and Vayne .. my exp lvl is 21
Just willing to know which is the strongest between vayne and twitch in terms of cc or late,mid,early game

twitch and vayne are higher skill caps
Twitch is better at killing squishies and team fights. Vayne is better at 1v1 and killing tanks. I recommend twitch since he is much easier to play and vayne has one of the hardest mechanics in the game for an adc. It's much easier to farm on twitch. In team fights twitch and delete the whole team if you have a tank to peel for you. Vayne has the potential to 1v5 but one mistake and you are dead.
