What if Riot decided to troll us by doing a massive buff on Teemo and not putting in in the update info, so only then you realized he's been buffed when you play him.

like make his laugh global ?
his poison now does true dmg, Q actually makes the enemy screen go black so they can't see anything
bot and laughs are now global, and you cannot mute them, or turn the sound down for them.
