you guys know would know that the cost of tier 2 runes will be 1 IP from 15 may(or later date). i want to know if these runes will be worth for season 6 or higher. tier 3 runes are very expensive . Is there a big differences( greater than 5%) between tier 2 and 3 runes.
i am aiming quintessences of speed, mark of attack damage, seal of armor and glyph of magic resist of tier 2 runes.

El Condor Pasa1 votesT2 runes are about 23% weaker than T3 runes. If you need the strength immediately, you don't have the IP for the T3 equivalent and you don't mind being a little bit weak, it doesn't hurt to get them. So, you've got options.
One big question you should consider when buying T2 runes over grinding for T3 runes is: Would I rather be 23% weaker per rune slot or 100% weaker?

El Condor Pasa1 votesWhen comparing an equal number of T2 and T3 runes of the same type, T2 runes are ~23% weaker. Not quite sure what you are asking, but the answer you probably want is per rune is the same as total; 1 T2 rune is 23% weaker than 1 T3 rune and similarly (because percentages and whatnot) 9 T2 runes are 23% weaker than 9 T3 runes.
