It's not my providers fault or else this would happen to my steam games as well. Riot workers can't figure out how to fix this issue with our internet providers and can't even address it.

with 4 threads about this issue in both bugs and tech support in the last months, and they can't bother to find PROFESSIONALS to fix this issue they're having with "our" internet providers nor say " sorry about this players, we're working on finding a solution. "
