40 or 50 champion requirement so people could not buy best champs then get insta challenger, before champs are rolled each team gets 3 bans so it prevents super op teams. And no rerolls.

It is a good idea, but there is still the possibility of one team getting an unfair advantage over the other and that would be unfair imo. For example, one team getting a full poke comp, Varus. Cait, Veiger, etc. While the poor other team gets mostly melee champions.
