subtitles

First off I don't know how many people play League besides my self who A: are hearing impaired in some way B: like listening in game sounds/voices etc, As such I think it would be nice to have an option to turn on subtitles for in game events or other spoken script. for instance Lisandra's tale of Howling Abyss, or auto scripted taunts between champions like between Jinx and Cait when playing in a game against each other.
