I Can't Decide on a Top Laner! Help!

Note: I'm bronze so champion viability does't have as big of an impact, almost any champ top could do fine. So I'm deciding between or top. Pros: Crazy CC, Decent damage, Lane bully. Cons: Useless in teamfights in mini. Pros: Lane bully, Good tank killer, high carry potential, Lane bully. Cons: Easily ganked, Useless if behind (no CC, no tankieness)

Who's better for carrying bronze?
