[Feature Request] Preloading selection for ban phase of Ranked Draft & Normal Draft modes

So the concept is pretty straightforward. Recycle the methodology used for the preselecting of a champion, except have the ability to select the champ you wish to select, followed by the champ you wish to ban. A warning to the banners if a teammate has already selected that champion.

An additional niche to this; is perhaps tracking banned champs vs. selected champs for use in the tribunal.
