Problem with dynamic queue

The new queue has one problem. I NEVER GET MY FIRST CHOICE!! In champ select people are always asking the jungler if they can be jungler or mid if they can mid. THIS IS THE SOLE REASON WHY THIS QUEUE IS BAD. Let us choose one role..
