Rewards for those who have all the runes in game

I know that player will get something in exchange for runes that will be lost in the future update, however I would like to know if it is possible to give a special extra reward for those who actually did collect any single rune ( something small like an icon for their effort), a reward that will be different to the rest of the players who didn't spend that much time grinding ip and using it into runes, a reward to recognize their effort and determination.
