Who is The Best ADC For Low Elo?

I'm planning on dedicating tons of time to learning them so it doesn't need to be someone easy to play. I'm thinking Varus or Twitch mostly just because they look the most fun to me

If you're in bronze or low silver, Twitch is op as hell. Twitch does really well if nobody can get to him, and in my experience, in low elo, nobody knows how to get to the backline to take down the adc (assuming there's a front line protecting him). If he gets a couple kills or some good farm early he snowballs like hell, and does SOOOOO much damage.

If you want to leave low elo (lower than gold) dont play adcs! If you just care about learning then i would say trist, draven, twitch, and any real good late game hypercarries since this will usually mean you have a rough early game learning curve (which is good). Please play normals and try to play beyond your champions' limits (die, and die often) to learn their limits. After 5-10 games you should easily be able to get a 1 kd on a bad early game champion 20 minutes into the game. Not to mention once you get good enough your kda will be around 3 if you could consistently get a 1 kd before the 20 min mark. I learned that not getting kills is okay the higher in rank you rise, but at low elo its a lot easier to carry with a bad team if you have a score of 9-9-5 than a score of 3-1-1. This is both in part due to xp gains of having 9 kills (and in low elo there is usually wide variability in the evenness of the lanes coming out of lane phase) and the gold gains. I liked getting kills because even if i die more I feel more in line in level with the top laners which helps the mid game fights alot. Once you rise I feel it starts to shift to being quality>quantity which is when i recommend actually playing more conservatively.

TLDR play trist to learn how to lane (shes easy mechanically) and play late game hypercarries like draven and twitch to learn mechanics after that

edit: draven isnt really a late game hypercarry (unless fed- but every fed adc is a hypercarry), just an example of one of the more mechanically challenging adcs

Corki He is easy to play, has an escape, does some true damage, and has great poke.

Honestly, for low elo, I'd take Caitlyn or Jinx. I find that most people in bronze blow their win in early game. Both are lane bullies with good poke. Cait is a safe pick with the highest starting range of any adc, and jinx is just a rofflestomper if you can use her worth a shit. Know what to max (q, for some reason i keep seeing people max w), know when to rocket form (for poke & taking out large minion waves) and when to use her chompers.

Tristana Is also good. Really strong adc right now and has a good escape. She can destroy towers like nothing.
