Rengar Rework?
I've heard from many people on my friends list that Rengar is getting a rework. Is this true? If so, when will this happen?

I personally dont think rengar needs a buff because hes not a early game champ and I feel he cant compete with other more aggressive top-laners. I think he lives to be in the jungle but still in other ways he stills needs a buff. Idk how but it would be nice.
