Hextech Chest

Can we reduce the time to get a chest on champs? I have 6 keys and no chest because I play a pretty small pool, 3 roles with 4-5 champs in each and even if you include my off roles every champ I play has had their chest unlocked FOREVER, it seems like, So I would like to get a chest again someday please Riot.
