Why AT&T is probably one of the worst ISP's ever right now.

Not even 3Mbps download speed. This is atrocious right now that I pay $150 a month for this. I could literally set up a dial-up connection from some old crap I have hanging around and get the same internet speeds. And the worst part is that I've already been having enough trouble with them dropping my service 1-4 times a day every day but now I have to deal with those small windows of time with service loading one page only. I not only play games with this internet connection but I have to send in files via internet to my workplace which now take 10-12 hours for the one .75MB file I tried to send in yesterday.
