Is Riot ever going to attempt to fix the horrible report system?
As the Instant Feedback system stands, almost nothing that's an actual problem gets fixed. The pregame doesn't matter, nor does the post game. Support tickets about overly toxic players who, in extreme cases, literally only play to ruin other people's fun, are replied to with "Use the report system in-game." Why was the tribunal removed whenever it worked fine and was even fun to take part in cases? Instant feedback just doesn't work in all the ways that it needs to. I believe the entire system is fundamentally flawed. When someone can admit that its the 6th account they've made because the others were banned, tell people to "kill themselves" and other terrible things, and then intentionally feed without being touched, something is seriously wrong.
Also, on topic, why is "Verbal Abuse" treated way more harshly than actually ruining the game? If someone is flaming you, there's a mute button. If someone demands mid despite being placed somewhere else in Draft, and then picks Teemo with cleanse/teleport and 'lanes' as them while dying as much as they can without it being blatant inting, you'd imagine they'd be punished right? And then you look at their match history and they've done it 5 times in the last 20 games. Pretty weird, right? I'm not condoning flaming in any way, it just seems really weird that something that literally doesn't matter and can be muted is treated way worse than someone intentionally ruining the gameplay.
Most people I've talked to on the subject agree with me, so why is nobody talking about it? Why isn't Riot fixing it?
