Champion Mastery Suggestion

There have been many threads about champion masteries and what to do once you have a champ at the highest tier. I have a suggestion: once you get a champ to Tier 5, that champ will be disabled in normal queue and only available in ranked. And you can only play ranked with atleast 16 champions at Tier 5. This prevents tryhards in normals and trolls in ranked ahahhahahahahhhahhaha.
