Season 4 the era of scaling jungler ?

have been playing around on the pbe these days with the change to scaling of jungle creeps, gold flow and nerf to reward from early game gank/pressue, i assume that scaling junglers are going to be for favourable over strong early game junglers

what do you guys think ? is it going to be the fall of early game junglers in the next season ? ( i think will still be good due to the utility he provide, but scaling junglers like would probably have a much bigger impact)
