Aurelion Sol Passive
I was curious... A. Sol's Passive is an ability... like all passives are... so.. would spell vamp apply to his passive.. all the time? or only when using his W ability? or would it just not apply?

Very good question, as I've seen some people build for the star hits being an ability and doing slow/etc. because of an item.

Well, because the stars do proc spell effects, I'm fairly certain that spell vamp would work with them, and you wouldn't need your W active for it to work.
