Simple Ways of Earning Riot Points - Client HUD - Video Advertisment
So it's everywhere now days, on iPhone Apps and Android Apps, “Watch a video advertisement and earn free in-game items”.
Suggestion:
Implement a feature on the “Purchase Riot Points Page” called, “Watch a Video AD to earn Riot Points”.

It's is out of the way, you have to go looking to find it. You only would ever look for it if you a genuine interesting in purchasing a In-game Skin, Ward Skin, or Summers Icon.

It's Convenient, countless times myself after I purchased Riot Points I wished to buy something else that was about 50 or so Riot Points away. This would address the blockade issue when it comes to purchases.

Watching a video advertisement is not rocket science, “Do you wish to watch a video AD to earn 10 Riot Points” ( Yes or No).

No Haters Allowed. If you don't watch to watch an advertisement, don't. Go to the store and purchase a card for your desired amount.
