I was just accused of scripting for the first time

So I've never actually scripted, and just recently figured out what it was due to a higher elo friend stating that many upper-level players do it. Last game I played as an orianna vs nidalee, easily juking all of her spears. In my opinion I believe she was a bronze level Nidalee. Then later on Lucian started saying stuff about me scripting, I just ignored him. At the end of the game he started flaming me along with nidalee saying everyone saw me scripting and juking spears or something, and apparently I dodged one without vision when in reality I was probably just trying to walk somewhere and forgot something or was doing a bush check sort of strategy.

Anyways, is it possible to actually get in trouble if I am reported for it? I've never been accused of such a thing before, but seeing as they thought I was, doesnt that mean Riot could think the same thing?

On the other hand, have any of you guys ever been accused of scripting or HAVE YOU scripted?

If you're falsely reported, Riot can check metrics to verify. Don't worry about it if you aren't cheating.

Nah. I got reported for scripting once because I actually got a Super Mega Death Rocket kill by shooting it towards their base. Nothing happened.

Well, if you end up with multiple reports in a short period where people say in the description that you were scripting, there's a risk, but only once? No, they won't take a single report and ban you. Hacking is incredibly difficult to prove (before a targetted fix is implemented), and there are lots of false reports against people that are simply really good or lucky and it made someone angry.

I can't remember if I was accused in game ever (because I'm not exactly pulling off those kinds of moves often), but I did post a video where I royally screwed up my movement and it just happened to perfectly dodge a barrage of skillshots aimed at me. Most people didn't think it was a script, but I had to explain to a few that I had simply held down my move button and accidentally aimed over a wall which changed my autopathing :3
