2 days ago I was perma banned.

I was banned, I will admit i was toxic but the game that got me banned made no sense. I tried to be a helpful person while our jungler was trashing our mid. I told him to mute the jungler and it turned out horribly, I just want another chance having a account for 2+ years and all the skins means everything. Give me a perma chat ban but anything but a perma. I was trying hard to reform and was actually helping the situation. I've never told someone to kill themselves and was trying to encourage to mute the toxic person. I want to keep all the memories and plays that i've had on my main. Losing something so dear to me hurts so much when Im trying hard to reform. Please riot Give me one more chance... my summoner that got banned is called "Tyzmah" on the NA server. I just want one more chance.

They 100% are not going to unban you. All of your money, time, etc.. is gone. You will not be getting your account back.

2 chat restricts, 14 day ban, then a perma. They already gave you multiple chances to reform. And you chose not to take them and continued being toxic. Riot has no mercy, and neither will anyone on boards.

If they unban you, then they'd have to unban everyone. Which they will not do.

Essentially, if they unban you. I'm filing a lawsuit against the company and profiting millions. Your move rito games.

But I already know they won't, so it's whatever.

Make a new account, or quit playing are essentially your only options.

There would be a valid case to be had. They can't ban players, take 100s, and sometimes thousands of dollars from people, and then show favoritism and give it back to one player.

So essentially, everyone who was banned lost money. They can't give it back to one player without giving it back to the rest.

That would be grounds for a lawsuit.

It would be millions, because that's the amount that has been spent by permabanned players who no longer have access to their accounts.

But this is a hypothetical scenario, because they aren't going to unban his account. He's banned forever and will not be getting his money back. Just like thousands of other players.

So it doesn't actually matter.

COUGH COUGH Tyler1 / Meteos COUGH COUGH Unbanning some and banning some is essentially the same thing. It is their game they can do what they want. People spend money with terms and conditions and a thing called the summoner code. Everyone breaks it but only some are banned. If they unbanned one and not another it is essentially the same thing :p

You're acting like you've read the Tos yourself, you're just spouting everything that the boards hivemind screams at you.

Look into it man, internet terms of service aren't as enforceable as you'd like to think. They don't even make you scroll all the way to accept it. You can literally click accept without reading it. Meaning it's deceptive in nature.

It'd be one thing signing a contract on paper, but it's a completely different story with a checkbox on the internet.

What makes you think I didn't? I love the irony of your own reply. The ''boards hivemind''. That is gold. The facts are:

  • You don't own the account
  • The skins you pay for are unlocked for that account, not your property
  • Riot is bound by no contract, verbal or written, to you. Riot games may terminate, modify, suspend or transfer to other region any account with no liability to you or anyone. Its just fact. Its part of what you agree too when you make the account.

But go ahead. Invest all your money into a lawsuit vs them.

Money is of no object, I can have as much as I'd like. I can finance any project I'd ever want. Anything I want to do can be done.

but do you even read? I said there would only be an issue if they unbanned his account without unbanning everyone elses.

But they won't do that so it's a hypothetical scenario that doesn't matter anyways.

So any debates on the topic are pointless, because op isn't getting unbanned.

Do you know how to read? The argument is that online Tos are not enforceable. Yes they say whatever, and yes you click to agree. But they aren't ironclad enforceable.

Any lawyer will tell you this, if you choose to believe clicking a box on the internet somehow makes it okay to take thousands away from someone then you're delusional.

But you can pretend to know how things work, but if you ask any lawyer. Literally any one. They will tell you the same thing.

The ToS are enforceable. Just like how if you break them by being toxic, your account and all the money you spent on it gets taken away. Because you agreed to that. It's your fault if you don't read what you agree to.

You got banned for that because you were toxic after having been 14 day banned.

Apparently how the system works is if you're reported a few times after you've been 14 day banned, you'll be perma'ed regardless of how toxic you are.

I'm assuming your prior bans were for saying things much much worse.

You wouldn't be banned for those logs normally, but only because you had ban history.

Sadly i guess thats how things are. Wish i could've had one more chance though. this game has helped with my depression and seeing those words 2 days ago killed me inside.

That's unfortunate man, I hope you'll feel better. Depression is the absolute worst.

If you make a new account and get win boosts and stack them with day boosts, you can level a new account in like 50 bot games to level 30.

It only takes a fraction of the time, and they also reduced the xp required to reach 30.

but if you do make a new account, just be sure to never be toxic again. And you won't have this issue next time.

Trying to tell our ignorant mid laner to mute the toxic person who saying u have a boosted account kys etc etc got me banned. I was never trying to be rude which makes no sense. Had i said something like ur a dumbass etc i'd take the ban trying to make someone mute another player?

Yes i was, but I'd make more sense if i was actually being toxic. look at the chat logs above. I was protecting another player who was being even more toxic to our mid laner. I would atleast want a 2 week ban or a x amount of chat bans because this ban makes no sense.

Eh you did seem kind of aggressive, but I do not personally agree with a perma ban, although, you have been reported, and it seems many times. So maybe the people that play with you don't want you in the community.

Billion dollar companies can be sued. Apple sued samsung for features that had already been invented by other people for fucks sake.

They weren't even apples ideas, yet samsung had to pay apple extraordinary amounts of money.

Billion dollar companies aren't invincible.
