Court System?
Can we have a court system where we argue our case on leaver buster. For example if our power went out we can show evidence that this happened and have the leaver buster suspended.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

The thing about Leaverbuster is Riot knows that sometimes stuff happens that force us to leave a game. Because of this, the designed Leaverbuster with some leniency so you don't get punished for just a single leave. You get punished when you show a habit of leaving multiple games in a short enough period of time, using up the built in leniency.
While it does suck that something out of your control (like a power outage) leads to a punishment, you wouldn't get punished for it unless you already have a history of leaving games.
