SO i join a normal game then instantly in the chat i get this guys who says "GG Feeding" then instalocks Zilean jungle it kind off bothers me that i have to get punished for dodging and have to wait 5 minuets. http://puu.sh/iQdj9/2de4e29254.jpg 
I got stuck with this guy 2 Qs in a row but on the first one he someone dodged. When the game started he was afk from start to finish.
I usually screenshot the pregame lobby where they're being toxic and post the screenshot in my report log at the end of the game.
Even if they play a legitimate game and don't troll afterwards, holding people hostage like that in pregame is unacceptable so I report them anyways.
He didnt feed or do anything wrong (actions over words), you dodged bcz you ASSUMED you werent ok.
The number of times I've had someone who said they were going to troll in champ select ACTUALLY troll can be counted on one hand.
People talk, but in the end, most people want to win. Just ignore their big talk and try your best to play the game.
ive run into a guy who reported me for trolling because i didnt want to accept his trade on ARAM, he was like GG, report (insert my name here) for trolling, and the whole match i did perfectly good, 4 kills before a death and when i got my first death he was like report (insert name) for trolling, the whole game he was complaining about reporting me for trolling, i hate people like this, don't be salty because you couldnt get a trade you wanted. BTW, i think i ran into this guy that you mentioned in the picture.
