Summoner Name Searches

Is there a way to broadly search the player-base by a certain word that people have in their name?

For example: I start a club for Xerath mains. I can search OP.GG for specific xerath/xerath related names; however, I haven't found a way to just type "Xerath" into a database and have it search for all the names with "Xerath" in it.

If there is something like this in existence, please let me know.

Not that I'm aware of right off, but I know how you could build one. https://developer.riotgames.com/

I don't think it'd be too bad to build if you've got some programming experience (or are willing to learn).
