Streaming on Twich

Hello,

Can anyone help me out with what software i should use that is free to stream with. I already have a twitch account and profile set up, I have used open broadcast and it sucked with recording audio for some reason maybe i did soothing wrong i dont know. I would really appreciate any help that you all could offer thank you all soo much.
