I don't understand...

A normal match. The group works as a team. Try your best. Compliments go back and forth between both teams. "Oh! How did you do that?! Nice escape!" etc etc with "thank you"s returned. You lose..... And you fell as if it was a good lost. You know you just got out played/matched, and you are ok with it.

Ranked match. Everything is out of the window. Disconnects, AFKs, Feeds, Trolls, rude behavior. People trying to play a ranked match with a time limit "I have to go soon." blah blah blah, then why start a ranked match??

I don't understand..... Shouldn't the two etiquette's be switched?

well i mean.....cmon it's ranked... + if you're in the plat and under it's usually like that fun stuff Draven

I think, for some, the stress of rank causes them to act out. Also the two queues have different matchmaking ratings, and likely different player-bases. I've played a lot of normal draft this season and I have not seen much negativity.
