n00p to League

Hey-- been browsing the forums a bit and was wondering where do I look for other low-level players to slowly climb-- I've seen the Recruitment page but I'm not really looking for anything that serious --!

I avoid random matching like the plague as I've seen from all the posts this isn't any different from any other online game that requires human interaction ( first experience was a while back and wasn't impressed, although in all fairness I'm the one to blame for jumping without a clue )

I've a few friends playing, but I don't want to be carried to cap level --- they're awesome and help a ton, but wouldn't mind joining some sort of n00p-group and learn a bit from mistakes on co-op vs. AI

Only started a couple weeks ago and I've only a few matches on Summoners' Rift --- where do I find them !?
