10 Minute Surrender when a player is AFK/DC

the 20 minute surrender is fine in games that players are just behind but everyone is playing... however too often do i sit in a 4v5 game only to surrender the second it hits 20:00... im not trying to say its not possible to win a game 4v5, im saying personally id rather quit the 4v5 game and start a new game 5v5 like the map was intended as soon as possible and 10 minutes is plenty of time to decide if it is worth the effort to continue with 4 people.
