Attack Speed And Crit (Useless?):
I cannot find any champion that would utilize this items full potential unless it is a character heavilty dependant on Attack Speed and Crit Chance (Tryndamere and Master Yi). Even then, when it comes to Attack Speed and Crit Chance this item is clearly out classed by its counterparts (Sword Of The Divine, Phantom Dancer, Static Shiv, etc). One factor being, is that you do not get the Attack Speed without the Active; which only lasts 4-6 seconds. Without the Attack Speed there is no reason why this item should be bought for the crit chance, unless your champion has some sort of crit or attack speed bonus(The more Auto Attacks you can deliver, the more likely you can land crits). Unless you are buying other Crit Chance items to make this item be worth it. This item by itself does not justify the reason of getting it for the crit chance or attack speed alone.
Attack Damage and Armor Penetration:
The stats this item brings, seems to revolve around having it early during the early-mid game phase. The flat armor penetration this item gives you is really nice. Although, I do not think it is worth completing the item for.
First Off:
-The item lacks proper attack damage bonuses for the cost.
-You will have problems farming for it. The parts are pretty bad and does not offer much for laning except the armor pen from brutalizer.
-You will most likely have trouble laning with it as your first item since it can be easily outclassed by HP and/or any champion that has a decent amount of armor. Also, any item that does more damage than it.
TL;DR/Suggestion for Youmuu's:
This item takes way to long to build. You sacrifice your laning phase for it and most likely won't see any rewards after investing. There are better and bigger items worth investing that 2700g. I suggest adding more parts to it, having it build out of a pickaxe or a long sword so the item can have 45-50 attack damage worth the 2700G. As an alternative you can reduce the price overall or make the active worth the gold.
