Private chat rooms

Ok, so here is something thats been bugging me for a while mostly season 5 and still is. I wish Riot would create a way to kick people off private chats who spam tournaments every dam minute or those spam bots that spam elo-boosting websites kick off or the people who just join chat but dont use it for what it was meant to be use for like finding people for 3s,5s,duo and just afk all day 24/7 and dont even play at all. This is just something i been waiting for a while. I could care less about public chats coming back or not, i just want the people i mention in private chats to have some way of kick them out. Some of my ideas are like voting to kick people out, like for example if 10-20 people ( cant be to many people then the people wont never be kick) vote for someone to be kick out, the guy is ban from the room the WHOLE day. The other idea was like giving everyone 2hours max to be in the room but if they talk the time is refresh because their is so many afk people in chat rooms that are always full and they never talk and are just there taking space from people who want to join and find a team. OTHER great idea by my friend was to have Riot create chat bots who get rid of spammers and have an afk timeout, but also increase max people to join chat since 200 get full pretty fast. This is just my opinion but i really hope something can be done about it.
