Deciding on which champ to buy

Im saving IPs and I wanna buy a champ thats fun to play. I like very mobile champs that wont be useless late game. Pref not mana champs. Any suggestions? I dont specify role because I love all roles, i just want a fun champion :P my definition of fun would be: can burst, can escape and do unique stuff, like rengar that can use bushes and end up turning a fight around

Shen pre rework. Excellent burst (So good it beats Illaoi not joking here) He has an escape and does unique stuff

Don't get him soon though he won't be the cs monster he used to be

Zed is one of the most mobile champs in the game, and one of my favorites to play. Strong all game. Can 1v1 anyone. Highly recommend if you don't already own.
