So many bots adding me

What is up with this lately? In the past I'd get maybe one or two bots adding me every few days and it wasn't an issue, but now everyday I have at least 10 or more adding me. I'll go to sleep and then the next day when I login there are at least 5 of these level one bots advertising "Boosting services" trying to add me. I've started to manually block all of them but it's not helping much, if at all. Gets annoying have to decline 10+ level 1 bot accounts everyday..

Is there some way to possibly prevent these from adding me permanently? Or do I just have to deal with it? Does everybody get these or is my summoner name on some list somewhere?
