Instantly perma banned, no warning, no chat ban.

Was playing a game, I admit I got toxic and started flaming people. Most of the racial stuff I speak was towards my friend, who I was playing with (Ekko) it probably was still worth the ban I got, but Rito responds with a perma ban without warning, or without any sort of chat ban. Will I get my account back? I've spent a lot of money on this game. I've sent a ticket and what seems to be a bot responded saying I will not be able to be unbanned. Is that really the case? I really hope not, as this game is the only one I play, and I would end up not playing it anymore if I got banned.

Riot Employees review each ban, including smaller bans that lead to perma bans. Each smaller ban is due to multiple games of toxicity. Unless you are saying you haven't been banned multiple times before, then your prior bans have been your warning.

The system (and by extension, Riot) has a very low tolerance for people who exhibit both extreme toxicity & hate speech (racial insults/slurs may be interpreted as such). You most likely had more than 1 game where you were toxic, but a couple games 'over-the-top' will push you into limbo extremely quickly.

You will do well to keep your frustrations out of the in-game chat, if you decide to continue playing league. Your team-mates are not sounding boards for you to vent out whatever stress you have accrued at them. Even if you were directing your message towards "a friend", you are still ruining the experience of 3 (or 8, in all-chat) other people in the game. The whisper function (/w "[Username]") exists for a reason.

Riot has zero tolerance to racism. I'm so sorry to hear you got an instant perma ban, but please link the reform card.
